Juniper Travel Technology, the company in technology solutions for the travel industry, announces the acquisition of Lleego, an innovative travel software company specializing in flight management and booking. 

Lleego joins the portfolio of Juniper Travel Technology business units, part of the travel vertical of  Juniper Group, an operating group of Vela Software («Vela») and Constellation Software, Inc.

This merger will significantly enhance Lleego’s business unit. With the support and expertise of Juniper, Lleego will be able to seize new market opportunities, expanding its global presence as a provider of flight management and booking solutions. This synergy will not only strengthen both companies but also enable Lleego to continue innovating and growing, consolidating its position as a leader in travel technology.

Additionally, this incorporation allows Juniper Travel Technology to expand the verticals that enhance its Juniper Booking Engine product, creating the new division of Juniper Flights by Lleego and thus improving its flight technology.

Juniper Flights by Lleego combines the solutions of the Juniper Booking Engine and Lleego, creating a comprehensive technological platform for flight distribution aimed at travel agencies, tour operators, and other companies in the travel sector.
