Luxury villa rental and management firm Elite Havens announced that it will be the exclusive management and marketing partner for the new Ao Yon Beach Villas development in Ao Yon Bay, Phuket, Thailand.

Developers expect to complete the new property by 2026.

Luxury on the shore 

Ao Yon Beach Villas will be a group of seven private resort-style beach villas nestled on the tranquil south-eastern corner of Phuket.

Once completed, it will offer stunning  ocean views with direct access to the white sandy beach and clear blue water, all set against a backdrop of beautiful lush mountains. 

The project commences construction this month and will be due for completion by mid-2026. 

Each villa will be available for sale for owners to potentially use however they wish: either as a fully private residence, a long-term investment, or to include in the Elite Havens portfolio of luxury villas available for rent in Phuket.
