COVID-19 vaccination requirements have been removed and no longer apply for travel and entry to the Cook Islands by Aircraft and Sea vessel as from 6th September 2022.

The news comes as airlift into the country has been increased, with Air Rarotonga’s new route from Rarotonga (RAR) to Pape’ete (PPT) having launched on 13th August. This was welcome news following the Cook Islands borders re-opening to international visitors from 2^nd May 2022.
