Growing up in India, part of a family where a rich culture and traditions were proudly shared and celebrated and where education played a big part in her upbringing, Dr Avita found the perfect recipe for her future career. She’s passionate about her heritage, people and education and wears many titles today, for example Director of WalkaroundIndia, Guest Faculty at a university, Heritage Walk Expert. The list goes on.
Summary:
Her passion for heritage tours (through guiding, studying and teaching) and creating unique experiences for her customers, she founded WalkaroundIndia in 2017 which has grown tremendously in the last 5 years to 27 contracted employees and expansion into UAE and Europe.
