Background:
Lily was born in Thailand and early in her life moved to Singapore where she stayed til in her late teens. She returned to Thailand for university and upon graduation moved to Japan. Her studies and overseas adventures eventually brought her to New York, an opportunity of a life-time, but not without it’s challenges
Summary:
Lily’s entrepreneurship spirit and investment banking background were the perfect match to head in to the tourism industry and founded the Burasari Group.
Her story is one that shows incredible resilience, staying true to one’s values, having strong cultural values in a business that people can live by and connect to. She discusses experiences of bias, challenges throughout her career, especially covid and the importance of a great team.
