Background:
Nidhi started her career in hospitality in New Delhi and her career since has brought her to Thailand today. In her teens she really wanted to be an air hostess but her friend convinced her to join her for an interview when applying for a job in a hotel. The HR manager pushed Nidhi for an interview and she was hired for reservations. She did complete her 1 year diploma as an air hostess, she could understand that she was meant for something more meaningful which she felt hospitality gave her. And this was the start of a 20 year career in the business.
