Aphrodite Hills in Cyprus welcomed its new five-star luxury residences, Poseidon Grand Villas, with more to come including a Cypriot citizenship incentive.
Cyprus, a small island in the Mediterranean, is naturally a picturesque destination with dreamy resorts and beaches. If you’ve been dreaming of the island life – playing golf while the sea breeze drifts by – there’s a property here for you. Well, if you’ve got a couple of million to spare. On an enclave overlooking the glistening sea, Poseidon Grand Villas is ready to take on new residents in the luxurious Aphrodite Hills.
There are 12 four-bedroom Uranus Grand Villas within the Poseidon Villas collection. They’re part of the first phase of development, with 14 detached Hermes Sea View Villas to follow during the second phase.
Poseidon Villas prices start from €1.85 to €2.4 million. Each property comes with a private infinity pool, parquet and marble flooring, indoor and outdoor areas, modern kitchens with built-in appliances, central air conditioning, en-suite bathrooms, under floor heating systems and granite worktops.
According to a statement form Poseidon, every detail is well-thought of and they are committed to high-quality and excellent design. J&A Philippou Architects were the minds behind the project’s design, and they took inspiration from the traditional village architecture of Cyprus. The new villas are traditional and yet, they’re reinterpreted for contemporary high-end living.
The resort’s amenities and services include the PGA National Golf Course, tennis courts, The Retreat Spa by Atlantica and extensive dining facilities at the Village Square. Additionally, the on-site Aphrodite Hills Holiday Residences offers services for rental income and property utilisation, whilst Aphrodite Hills Property Management manages and maintains the property. Live in it, or rent it, you’ve got a great deal.
Finally, as an added perk, the residential project helps owners become citizens of the country. Through the purchase of a Poseidon villa or any Aphrodite Hills Resort property (with a price over €2M take note), owners are offered ‘citizenship by investment’. It’s a government scheme providing EU citizenship within six months of the purchase of real estate in Cyprus.
